Suggest renaming this file; both the original source (http://www.uscg.mil/history/people/NewcombFrankHFinal.pdf) and other sources (http://navalwarfare.blogspot.com/2011/11/usrc-hudson.html, http://coastguard.dodlive.mil/2015/12/the-long-blue-line-frank-newcomb-and-the-battle-of-cardenas-bay/) indicate that the Winslow is a USN ship and should be "USS Winslow", not "USRC Winslow"
