The issue here, and with any other image in this category, is that the problem with the recently deleted categories included the problematic nature of categorising images in this way since whether an image is defamatory is completely subjective. The discussion here as to whether or not it is appropriate to categorise this image as defamatory has probably been superseded by the discussion at Commons:Deletion requests/Category:Defamatory political cartoons which seems likely to result in the deletion of that category anyway.
