Quality and sourcing

This is an exceptionally poor quality map. It purports to present information from 1998, yet it shows a divided Germany (reunified 1991), unified Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia (split 1992), and a Soviet Union (split 1991) with nonsensical borders in central Asia.
