Hello, this is GloryRoad66. I've taken some spare time to make a few contributions at Wikipedia. I'm interested in music, literature, film, arts, architecture, and culture, as well as history and current events (and whatever else). I am fascinated by the endeavors of humankind spanning centuries and decades. You can tell from the pictures below that I have a particular interest the 1960s, which holds a special place for me. But, that of course is not exclusive. I love it all.GR66

  • Mottos: "The sources are the maps, not the destination." "The only thing more important than reliable sources is a team of reliable editors."
  • Guiding principles: 1) I try to treat people with dignity and respect. I believe in listening to and working with other editors in a spirit of collegiality, even if I happen to disagree (however persistently) with intelligent, well-intentioned people. I seek to find mutually beneficial solutions through consensus with other editors. 2) Except in the more obvious and glaring cases, I am generally not in favor of deleting most articles and believe that improving an article with potential is preferable to destroying it.
