Hi! My name is Marta. I'm a translator, occasional writer and enthusiast of open culture, especially in visual arts. I studied English at the University of Łódź and art curating at Jagiellonian University.
I've been an active Wikipedian only since 2014 but have been catching up fast, especially on Commons and Polish Wikipedia. In October 2014 I began working as GLAM-Wiki coordinator for Wikimedia Polska. The Polish GLAM collaborations are developing, we've established several new cooperation projects with archives and museums - I feel very lucky :-)
I also co-edit History and Media – a Polish online publication keeping track of developments in open culture, open GLAM, digital humanities and educational uses of digital media.
