My name is Anil Prasad. I am from Kerala, India. I am a Government servant and during my free time I support Open Educational Resources initiatives. I am also a Wikipedian and Wiki Educator (www.wikieducator.org/User:Anil_Prasad).

I believe that Open Distance Learning (ODL) supported by Open Educational Resources (OER) and open technologies would build the Inclusive Mainstream Education System, including professional training and development, in the immediate future.
