BEDownes is the owner of the estate of the artist Jerome Myers. I am his grandson and have been involved in the promotion and sale of his work over the last half-century. I have also made a number of gifts of his works to leading museums around the counry. The use of these photographs of work all created before the artist's death in 1940 would, to the best of my knowledge, make them clearly available to the public to enjoy and use as they wish.
