Please could we use your photo of the blandings turtle[edit]

Hi there, I am currently working on a British TV show called It's Only a Theory where we would like to use your picture of the Blanding's turtle. I know it is currently published undder the Wikipedia Commons license, however, we still legally need your consent to use it.
