Vegar Ottesen

Vegar Ottesen (born November 26, 1981) is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Norwegian University of Science and Technology Institute for Chemical Engineering, from whence he also holds a Ph.D. His research is on production and characterization of nanomaterials, with emphasis on biopolymeric nanomaterials (primarily cellulose). Ottesen has also done work on inorganic nanoparticles for SARS-CoV-2 testing.

Ottesen is married, and has two children.
