At File:Office.TIF you seem to have begun a deletion request for your own image. You didn't follow through by linking and creating a page on a deletion log, so this will never move forward.

For what it's worth, the image is fine, it's just that a TIFF won't produce a thumbnail, and won't display within Commons. That's part of why we prefer PNGs and JPGs.

Question: if, as you claim, the image was your own work in the first place, why is it in TIFF form?

In any case, assuming it is your own work, I recommend re-uploading in a more convenient format—probably a JPG—then using {{Duplicate}} to request deletion of the TIF. - Jmabel ! talk 01:48, 9 December 2009 (UTC)
