Asparagales is an order of flowering plants. It is recognised by the APG II system (2003), which assigns it to the clade monocots.
As circumscribed by APG II the order contains 14–25 families, with the families Alliaceae, Asparagaceae and Xanthorrhoeaceae each having two possible circumscriptions.
