English: Former St. Joseph's Industrial School for boys of the Christian Brothers, built in 1886–1887 after the designs by the architect William Hague (1836–1899). The school closed in 1973. The building houses now the National Centre for Excellence in Furniture Design and Technology, a campus of the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology. (See DIA record and NIAH entry.)
