Čeština: Vladimír Groh (* 26. ledna 1895 Holešov – 30. září 1941 Brno) byl český klasický filolog a historik. Působil jako profesor starověkých dějin na Filosofické fakultě Masarykovy univerzity v Brně a jako profesor suploval i na Univerzitě Komenského v Bratislavě. V letech 1936 až 1937 zastával pozici děkana Filosofické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity. Za nacistické okupace se zapojil do odbojové organizace Obrana národa. V roce 1941 byl nacisty zatčen a popraven ve věznici gestapa v Kounicových kolejích v Brně.
English: Vladimír Groh (* 26 January 1895 Holešov - 30 September 1941 Brno) was a Czech classical philologist and historian. He worked as a professor of ancient history at the Faculty of Philosophy of Masaryk University in Brno and as a substitute professor at Comenius University in Bratislava. From 1936 to 1937 he held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at Masaryk University. During the Nazi occupation, he joined the resistance organisation Defence of the Nation. In 1941, he was arrested by the Nazis and executed in the Gestapo prison in Kounice dormitory in Brno.
