Homing in stead of homer ? (parent cat)

Better parent cat is Category:Pigeon breed groups. I am not even sure any more if pigeons representing the named breeds are able to fly longer distances and do qualify for homing. They are bread for show: Beauty Homer, Show Racer
I have no good idea what to do with the cases, jet. Even in w:Fancy_pigeon#Major_breed_families_of_fancy_pigeon it goes up and down. Still didn't found a good reference for what to do. --PigeonIP (talk) 16:41, 29 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
