"Số Kỷ Lục 157 Trường HISD Được Hạng Đầu Học Vấn." shows how to disambiguate between middle and high school for Vietnamese. This is important especially with Sharpstown (Middle and high).

While "middle school" and "high school" are both translated as "Trung Học" (secondary school) - Middle School is "I Cấp" (Level I) - High School is "II Cấp" (Level II) - All elementary schools are "Tiểu Học" WhisperToMe (talk) 12:09, 25 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

https://www.houstonisd.org/Page/73465 states that for Spanish the current translations are "escuela primaria", "escuela secundaria", and "escuela preparatoria".
