Some consideration

There exist some other templates like {{Information}} for special topics, with same or similar parameters, as

• for Coa: {{COAInformation}}
• for Map: {{Map}}
• for Flag: {{Tl|Flag}} - already done
• for Book: {{Book}}

generating boxes like the Infobox. Other similar templates for topics as Flags, Signs (esp. traffic signs) and more would be useful, when they provide the parameters to specify the typical attributes.

These templates may use {{Information}} as a subtemplate, or have their own coding.

Furthermore, it seems advised to create a system of template names, self explaining and not too long (at least as redirects to yet existing ones), e.g.

• general: {{Information}}
• for Coa: {{InfoCoa}}
• for Map: {{InfoMap}}
• for Book: {{InfoBook}}
• for Flag: {{Infobox flag}}
• for Sign: {{InfoSign}}

and so on for more topics.

It will be most useful for SVG files, allowing an easy information about the development, the colors used and more like e.g. the nations using it.

Much of the categorizing can be done automatically, depending on the used parameters and their values.

May be an agreement can be achieved; then somebody can start with the development of the said templates. sarang♥사랑 09:22, 15 October 2015 (UTC)

The templates {{COAInformation}}, {{Tl|Flag}} and {{Map}} are perfectly good for our work. I think there is no need to do any more. Signs are not my thing and therefore I yield it to the specialists.--Jürgen Krause (talk) 14:22, 15 October 2015 (UTC)

To {{COAInformation}} and {{Map}} I can agree, but {{Tl|Flag}} could be more comfortable. Currently it can be used within the Infobox for special flag informations. A new template "InfoFlag" can combine both templates, and offer additional possibilities for an easy description of e.g. flag colors, SVG development and more of that kind.

Signs are not my thing either, but nevertheless I am thinking that it should be possible to have a template to describe their specials like for the other topics mentioned above. I will post a query at that portal to see whether there is an opinion. sarang♥사랑 16:30, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
