Renaming from Category:The Colony of Eastern Skunk Cabbage in Imazu to Category:Symplocarpus foetidus colony in Imazu

I propose the above renaming because:

• "Eastern Skunk Cabbage" is only a vernacular English name and has little importance to the majority of Japanese users.
• Symplocarpus foetidus is more recognisable as it is the universal name for the plant.
