He keeps behaving that way because people tolerate it or avoid interacting with him. Anything that might not be a VI is "worthless" to whomever questions that it's a VI, according to him, but this is not QIC, where photos are ostensibly judged only on quality, and there are plenty of photos that are neither QIs nor VIs that are worthwhile as photos. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 21:24, 13 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
