Better, but not quite there... The main category (the one you are looking for the VI to be in) is the first half, the second part is a modifier or specifier to narrow down the scope even further. I'll change your scope to the proper format. What you list as a reason is not accurately stated- in the given category there are several pictures of the Clarion River, but this may be the only view from I-80...
