Review (criteria)	Question - What about File:Cotton Exchange from Bixteth Street.jpg? Different building but it says "Cotton Exchange" on a sign above the door. Bixteth Street is the rear, or original building. The view in this image is of the frontage, with which most people will be familiar, and was added in about 1967 - 69.
