Who is eligible?[edit]

EXIF and Video[edit]
As it has not been answered, I ask again: Are videos without EXIF eligable? The project page says no. C.Suthorn (talk) 06:49, 21 March 2023 (UTC)
- @C.Suthorn you can upload your videos. There is no rule that can restrict participation to the contest. The rule for EXIF is to prevent upload of images out of scope and basically screenshots due to copyright issues. Hope this helps in understanding. ✝iѵɛɳ२२४०†ลℓк †๏ мэ 16:26, 22 March 2023 (UTC)

Top 100[edit]
I'd like to have a Top-100-Viewpage, perhaps as a Suggestion for the 2024 Competition. Although I personally didn't expect my entries to make the top 10 and they might not have made the top 100, this could be a nice feedback and motivation for up to 90 additional photographers. Delay in filling out form[edit]
Wikimedia Taiwan has received a mail from WEI WAN-CHEN, a 2023 winner in Taiwan, to ask why she have not received her e-postcard yet. According to our conversation, she did not filled the form on time because the language problem. We have asked her filled the form ASAP, and please notice the delay information from her.
