Photographie als Beschwörung, Rimbaud presse, Aachen 1982, p. 6) riporta una testimonianza di Pancrazio Buciunì, che avrebbe affermato che in realtà questo non sarebbe un autoritratto, bensì un ritratto del fotografo Wilhelm von Pluschow.
