Description	日本語: ●羅津（二）（北鮮）二年前迄は北鮮の一漁港として淋しかつた羅津は、天然の條件と時代の趨移と更に地位的優越性と國策的重要性に惠まれて俄かに躍進された。現在人口二萬五千餘、日々に殖え行く建築物にもその發展振りが期待され、將來王座大連と拮抗しそれを搖がす日も考へ得らるゝであらう。　（印畵の複製を嚴禁す）
