BREMERTON, Wash. (July 20, 2017) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) Airman Recruit Connor Laughlin, from Shreveport, Louisiana, unpacks his seabag in one of USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) berthings during crew move-aboard. Crew living spaces and ship services such as the barber shop, coffee shop, ship’s store and galleys are returning for crew use for the first time since closing at the beginning of PIA. John C. Stennis is conducting a planned incremental availability (PIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, during which the ship is undergoing scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
