Deutsch: Hayingen (Baden Württemberg) – Kaplaneistraße 1 – Stadthaus (alte Kaplanei) – Das ehemalige Kaplaneihaus wurde um 1579 erbaut. Es handelt sich um ein zweigeschossiges traufständiges Gebäude mit Satteldach. Wie bei vielen historischen Hayinger Häusern ist das Erdgeschoss verputzt, während die Obergeschosse in sichtbarem Fachwerk gehalten sind. Das Erdgeschoss hat nur zwei Fenster auf der Traufseite, das Obergeschoss zeigt sechs Fenster in regelmäßiger Anordnung. – Das Haus wurde für den Kaplan (Gehilfe des Pastors) als Wohnhaus gebaut, und bis 1903 wohnte der Hayinger Kaplan im Obergeschoss. Dann gelangte das Haus in privaten Besitz und diente unterschiedlichen Zwecken. Als es zunehmend verfiel, kaufte die Stadt das Gebäude. 2010 erfolgte eine aufwändige Restauration und Renovierung. |
