Description
English: Volume reconstruction of a z-stack of confocal sections through a lsq6 tetrad of microspores. Microspore surface was transiently labeled with DAPI (green) and plasma membrane was stained with CellMask Deep Red (magenta) to highlight positions of developing apertures.
