Description
English: Mitochondrial permeability transition induced by 30µM KO2. Prolonged exposure to 30µM KO2 induced a mitochondrial permeability transition, as evidenced by loss of both TMRM and CM-DCF (500MW) from the mitochondrial matrix. Images were acquired as described in the material and methods.
