Description
English: Three-dimensional segmentation of the RCr lobe (E11.75). Using FIJI Software, the bronchial tree (red) and the mesenchymal compartment (green) of the RCr lobe are segmented semi-automatically on each slide, allowing subsequent a 3-D reconstruction of the whole lobe structure, with respect to its in vivo shape and relationships.
