Description
English: Moving pictures of a Class I cpDNA molecule. EtBr-stained cpDNA embedded in agarose was subjected to an electric field (anode is to the left) and images were recorded every 20 s for 420 s. After 320 s, the electric field was reversed (anode is to the right).
