Description
English: Supplementary Movie 3 MTOC stretching coincides with BicD2 recruitment to the nuclear envelope and requires BicD2-dynein interaction. 3D time-lapse imaging of oocytes expressing EGFP-Cep192 (green, MTOCs) and mCherry-BicD2 (magenta, left) or mCherry-BicD2-CT (magenta, right). Zprojection, 25 sections, every 1.5 μm. Time, minutes from NEBD. Same oocytes as shown in Fig. 2g,h.
