Description
English: Movie 1. For three-dimensional analysis of mitochondrial structure in control cells, we acquired Z-scan image with Z-slice interval 0.34 μM. The three-dimensional animation file was converted with angle degree 6° using LSM510 META software for three-dimensional reconstruction.
