Description
English: Blebbistatin treated MCF7 cells located in one arm of the cross are shown over the 48 hour duration of the experiment. Cells are less spread and migrate over shorter distances as compared to controls; the monolayer also does not maintain its integrity due to loss in the cytoskeletal tension.
