English: A brick bearing the names of three Soldiers who helped create the Florida Air National Guard's 290th Joint Communications Support Squadron (JCSS) is placed during a dedication ceremony at MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., Jan. 13, 2015. Maj. Ralph Herman, Sgt. Maj. James Dixon, and Lt. Col. George Mattar were killed in plane crash Jan. 13, 1982, when the Soldiers were leaving Washington International Airport on Air Florida Flight 90. (Photo by Master Sgt. Thomas Kielbasa)
