Français : Alfred Potiquet, Catalogue des timbres-poste émis dans les différents pays du globe, 2e édition, mars 1862.

Le catalogue Potiquet est le premier au monde. Sa première édition paraît le 21 décembre 1861. Il peut être consulté ici dans sa deuxième édition, parue en mars 1862, éditée par P. Lacroix.

On remarquera la "note de l'éditeur" dénonçant deux parutions "copiant le travail de M. Alfred Potiquet".

Ce catalogue n'est pas illustré et ne comporte pas de cotations.
English: Alfred Potiquet. Catalog of Postage Stamps Issued in Different Countries of the World, 2nd edition, March 1862. The Potiquet catalog is the first in the world. Its first edition appeared on December 21, 1861. It can be consulted here in its second edition, published in March 1862, edited by P. Lacroix. Note the "editor's note" two releases denouncing "copying the work of Mr. Alfred Potiquet ". This catalog is not illustrated and contains no quotes.
