English: 3D imaging of spermatid manchettes in Katnb1Taily/Taily mice. Spermatids were isolated from Katnb1Taily/Taily mice and immunostained for microtubules to visualize the manchette. Green = α-tubulin, blue = DNA (TOPRO).
