Description
English: Using the gene MYC we show the first steps of the data set creation. This includes the retrieval of a genomic gene sequence in the Ensembl data base and its subsequent import into Vector NTI including the location of known variations. Finally, an example for a fully annotated Vector NTI data set is showed.
