Description
English: Movement of YFP::myosin XI-17-tail labeled organelles. Arabidopsis thaliana leaves were bombarded with YFP::myosin XI-17-tail DNA and expression was observed 24 h later on a confocal microscope. Time series were collected and the movie displays the pictures with a 16-fold acceleration.
