Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Videomicrographs of IFT in growing and disassembling 9+2 axonemes. Example epifluorescence videomicrograph of IFT in EPPs in M199 (left) and 4 h after transfer to SM5.5 (right), after which the flagella are in a state of disassembly and restructuring to 9+0. Images of cells expressing IFT52::eGFP were captured every 0.365 s. Stills from this videomicrograph are shown shown in Fig. 5a. Scale bar represents 5 μm.
