Description A Beninese soldier racks his weapon during a joint U.S.-Benin live fire exercise in preparation for SHARED ACCORD 2009's final field training event. SHARED ACCORD is a scheduled, combined U.S.-Benin exercise designed to improve interoperability and mutual understanding of each nation’s military tactics, techniques and procedures. Humanitarian and civil affairs events run concurrent with the military training. The exercise is scheduled to conclude June 25. VIRIN: 090616-M-3107S-0401
