Description
English: MAYPORT, Fla. (Feb. 25, 2015) – Members of U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command and U.S. 4th Fleet bow their heads in prayer with Mr. Cornelius Mitchem before participating in the luncheon prepared by members of the 4th Fleet White Hat Association Feb. 25. Sailors and civilians gathered to celebrate Black History Month, commemorating various influential African-Americans throughout history and their impact on the United States and her Navy.
