Summary[edit]

Description Bog Fritillary (Boloria eunomia) I am confident that I have identified the right species based on the presence of a row of silvery dots on the underwing. It flies from May to August and true to its name, loves damp boggy places. My experience was in a swampy area in Preservation Park where I was surrounded by several butterflies all at once and it was quite dazzling.
