For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB-Hirschberger-31.8.1990-Erfurt: Wenigemarkt- In altem Glanz präsentiert sich - mit neuem Brunnen und Pflaster - der historische Wenigemarkt, einziger Zugang zur Krämerbrücke. Auf dem kleineren Pendant zum Domplatz kreuzten sich im Mittelalter verschiedene Handelswege. Der 2 300 Meter große Platz wurde urkundlich erstmal 1217 erwähnt. Auch die Häuser um das Areal sollen noch rekonstruiert werden. |
