Description
English: Cells invade with or without metalloprotase inhibitor GM6001 in CIA. Addition of GM6001 at concentrations of 25 µM greatly retards MDA-MB-231 cell invasion in the period of 37 hours (GM6001 right hand side, controls left side). Images were acquired every 3 min. Elapsed time is indicated.
