Circular letters
This printed letter is entitled: "Circular. Great Meeting at Faneuil Hall for abolishing slavery from the District of Columbia." It was written by William Lloyd Garrison, Boston, Jan. 29, 1842. Maria Weston Chapman has made handwritten corrections and notations on this manuscript, which she presumably sent to William Lloyd Garrison
