Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 1 PC3 cells growing on glass-base culture dish were co-transfected with GFP-CLU and RFP-LC3 plasmids. One day after transfection, cells were starved with HBSS/HEPES for 2 hours and then live images were taken every 5 seconds with LSM780 microscope under 63X oil objective at 4.8X digital zoom.
