Summary[edit]

Description
English: Zooming in to the cell of interest. After injection with GFP-expressing tumor cells (green), the skin tissue was imaged with 2PEM. Vessels are shown in red. The z-stack moves into the tissue and then zooms in on a cell of interest. Following EM processing, thick and thin sections of the sample were correlated to the 2PEM z-stack, and the tumor cell was imaged at high magnification.
