Description
English: PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Seaman Food Service Specialist Edward Fuchs (Fooks) roasts peppers for an entree he prepared during the Junior Masters competition at the 32nd Annual U.S. Army Culinary Arts Competition at Fort Lee, Va., March 6, 2007.
