Description
English: Timelapse video: Monocytes rapidly phagocytose DEP. Purified monocytes were obtained and cultured at 2.5×106/ml as described in the methods. Cells were incubated with 50 µg/ml DEP and timelapse microscopy performed every 30 seconds for 60 minutes as described in the methods. Data shown are representative images of n = 2, performed on different donors.
