English: Time-lapse (4 min and 30 s) movie of spontaneous changes in the Fura-2 ratio (340/380 ratio, pseudo-colored scale) in Npc1+/+ and Npc1−/− astrocytes (left and right, respectively). Frames in the movie were captured 3 s apart.
