Description
English: Transient formation of a microchannel and penetration of vaccine following application of peptide loaded cubosomes (shown in red) to MN pretreated skin. A 3D image (top) and XZ cross sections (bottom) are shown. Collagen is visible as blue fluorescence and green fluorescence represents EYFP-CD11c+ cells. Bright yellow florescence is a result of autofluorescence of hair follicles. EYFP-CD11c+ DDC can be seen in close proximity to the vaccine formulation.
